Delete your Purlsona account

Delete from the app

Open Settings, choose Account, then Delete account. Review the information and type your username to confirm. Deletion is permanent and includes all profiles under your account.

Request deletion without the app

Email team@purlsona.com from the email address associated with your Purlsona account. Use the subject “Purlsona account deletion” and include your username. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request. Do not send your password.

What happens to your data

Deletion removes your sign-in account, profiles, projects, stash records, pattern progress, notes, posts, authored messages, planner entries, and account usage records from the active service. Groups with other members may be transferred to another member.

Personal photos and uploaded files are queued for removal after account deletion. Cleanup runs hourly and automatically retries temporary failures; allow up to 30 days for removal. Minimal account-deletion audit records are retained for 90 days, then automatically purged.

Financial transaction records may be retained without your Purlsona account association for tax, refund, and dispute obligations. Shared group content may remain for other members. Service providers may retain records for their applicable legal or backup retention periods. Contact support for details about a specific record or deletion request.

Delete individual content

You can delete individual projects, stash entries, and posts using their menus while keeping your account. For other data deletion requests, email support with the content you want removed.
