Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Purlsona, including its website, mobile applications, community features, pattern tools, and related services. By creating an account or using Purlsona, you agree to these terms and thePrivacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to use the service under the laws where you live. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Your content

You retain ownership of the projects, photos, videos, messages, patterns, listings, comments, and other content you submit. You grant Purlsona a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service. The visibility of content is also subject to your privacy choices and the features you choose to use.

You may upload or share content only when you own it or have permission to use it. You are responsible for respecting copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and other rights held by others.

Community conduct

You may not use Purlsona to:

• Harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or deceive another person.
• Post unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or intentionally harmful content.
• Infringe intellectual property or distribute patterns without permission.
• Send spam, manipulate engagement, or collect information without authorization.
• Interfere with security, probe the service, introduce malware, or misuse automated tools.

Purlsona may remove content, limit distribution, suspend accounts, or take other reasonable action to protect people and the service. You can report content and block or ignore other accounts using the controls provided in Purlsona.

Patterns, listings, and payments

Creators are responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, and delivery rights of their listings. Buyers receive the access described at the time of purchase. Prices, platform fees, and payment terms are shown before a website purchase is completed. Payments and payouts may be processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms and privacy policies.

If a transaction is unauthorized, materially defective, or legally eligible for a refund or other remedy, contact support. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

Purlsona materials

Purlsona and its software, branding, interface, and original materials are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the service. They do not transfer ownership of Purlsona or another person's content to you.

Service availability and changes

Purlsona may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to keep the service reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every error will be corrected. You are responsible for keeping copies of content you cannot afford to lose.

Account termination

You may stop using Purlsona at any time and may request account deletion through the available account settings. Purlsona may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, comply with law, prevent harm, or protect the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purlsona is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Purlsona is not responsible for user-created content, creator claims, or losses caused by events outside its reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purlsona will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Purlsona changes. We will post the revised terms and update the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice when reasonably possible. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept them.
