Questions, feedback, and bug reports are welcome. Email Purlsona support and include enough detail for us to understand what happened.

Include your Purlsona username, device type, app version, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive credentials.

Signing in and account access

If you cannot sign in, request a fresh password reset link. For account deletion, open Settings, choose Account, then choose Delete account.
